Ingredients

1 cup yogurt, low-fat, vanilla or plain

1 1/4 cup strawberries

1 small banana, peeled

1 1/2 graham crackers
Directions

In a small bowl mash banana

add half the yogurt to the banana and mix, this helps smash the banana more

add the rest of the yogurt and mix

Slice strawberries and add them to the mix

Divide into two bowls
-
crush graham crackers and sprinkle on top dividing them evenly between the two bowls
