Some Delicious Mocktail Recipes to keep you cool this Summer!

Today Im sitting in my house to stay cool, listening to beach boys, and feeling summery, so I decided today was a great day to share a few yummy non-alcoholic drinks with y’all.

Mango Julius

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen mango juice
  • 2 oz milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender
  2. blend until smooth
  3. pour into a glass and enjoy!

 

Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • 6 ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice
  • whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions

  1. Blend the pinapple and strawberries in the blender until they are mashed
  2. add all the other ingredients except the garnish
  3. blend till smooth
  4. pour into glass and add garnish
  5. enjoy!

 

Beach Blanket Bingo (Non-alcoholic Version)

Ingredients

  • 3 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz cranberry juice
  • soda water

Directions

  1. Pour graperfruit juice and Cranberry juice into a glass filled with ice
  2. add soda water
  3. serve with a lime wedge
  4. Enjoy

 

Virgin Miami Vice

Ingredients

  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz half & half cream
  • 1 1/2 oz strawberry puree
  • 1 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice, crushed
  • strawberry for garnish

Directions

  1. Put pineapple juice, coconut cream, and half a cup of ice into the blender and blend until smooth
  2. pour into a glass
  3. put strawberry puree, lime juice, simple syrup, and rest of ice into the blender and blend till smooth
  4. slowly pour into glass on top of the pineapple mixture
  5. garnish with a strawberry
  6. enjoy!
